- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of support activities with business objectives.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical and problem-solving skills.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize support processes and system stability.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP FSCM Treasury and Risk Management (TRM).
- Robust analytical and problem-solving abilities related to SAP FSCM Treasury and Risk Management (TRM) modules.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex issues within SAP FSCM Treasury and Risk Management (TRM) environments.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams to understand system dependencies and impacts.
- Familiarity with system monitoring tools and incident management processes.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively document and convey technical information.
