- Document and communicate findings and resolutions clearly to stakeholders and team members.
- Assist in the development and implementation of process improvements to enhance system reliability.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on troubleshooting techniques.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Azure Analytics Services.
- Experience with cloud-based analytics platforms and data processing workflows.
- Solid problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex system issues.
- Familiarity with monitoring tools and incident management processes.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment while managing individual responsibilities.
