Summary

As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by investigating and resolving issues across various components of essential business systems. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying problems, analyzing system behavior, and ensuring smooth operation of critical applications. The position demands continuous monitoring, collaboration with different teams, and delivering timely solutions to maintain system reliability and performance in a dynamic environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Product: Blue Yonder Warehouse Management System (WMS)
- Skill: Required: MOCA, Java, Oracle PL/SQL, SQL Server, Git/SVN, system integrations, JavaScript
- Nice to have: JavaScript, RESTful APIs, JSON, JIRA, automated testing tools
- Strong grasp of development best practices, code review,



and documentation standards and must have BY WMS Integrator Experience
- 3 Mandatory Skills* MOCA, Java, Oracle PL/SQL
- Detailed Software Engineer to support DSS team working on Blue Yonder WMS projects. Responsibilities include development, support, system integrations, code reviews, and documentation. Resource will work on multiple client projects and collaborate with stakeholders following Agile methodologies.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must Have Skills: Proficiency in BlueYonder Warehouse Management.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills to diagnose and resolve complex software issues.
- Experience in managing and supporting enterprise-level warehouse management systems.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to address system challenges.
- Familiarity with system monitoring tools and incident management processes.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively document issues and interact with stakeholders.

Additional Information

- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in BlueYonder Warehouse Management.
- This position is based at our BDC11 - SEZ office.
- A 15-year full time education is required.
