Roles and Responsibilities :

- Deploy and configure applications on Windows/IIS servers

- Manage IIS (App Pools, Websites, Bindings, SSL)

- Resolve front-end issues (login failures, access issues, session timeouts)

- Troubleshoot endpoint/connectivity issues (URL access, API failures, DNS/port issues)

- Handle SSL certificate issues (expiry, binding, installation, trust issues)

- Diagnose application performance issues (slowness, high response time)

- Troubleshoot printing issues (printer connectivity, spooler service, mapping)

- Troubleshoot application errors.

- Monitor and manage Windows services

- Analyze logs (Event Viewer, IIS logs, application logs)

- Perform server monitoring (CPU, Memory, Disk)

- Manage Task Scheduler jobs
- Write and execute SQL queries (SELECT, UPDATE, INSERT, DELETE)

- Troubleshoot SQL data issues and SQL Agent Jobs

- Take database backups (Full, Differential, Log)





- Perform database restores (point-in-time, full restore)

- Handle ServiceNow tickets (incidents, cases & Issues)

- Execute deployments via ServiceNow change requests

- Work with Dev/Analyst teams
- Support on-prem and Cloud environmentsRequired Skills

- Strong knowledge of IIS and Windows Server

- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Experience in services and monitoring

- Azure AZ-104 certified.

- Basic SQL (queries, jobs, backup/restore).Positive to Have

- Basic Azure knowledge

- PowerShell scripting
- Networking basics (DNS, ports, firewall)Soft Skills
