Responsibility: 1 Solve customers' technical problems and complaints promptly. 2 Collaborate with Sales & Technical Support Specialists etc in troubleshooting problems. 3 Run correlation studies and validations in coordination with the customer if/as required; 3 Conduct Customer training. 4 Visit clients regularly and feedback customers' information to sales team. 5 Participate in regional and national conference calls by updating technical issues. 6 Other task arranged by the company
Requirements
- Bachelor degree or above in Clinical medicine, Biotech, Pharmacy or other related subject, master degree would be more preferred.
- Minimum 5 years experience worked in IVD Application area, like immunology, biochemistry or molecular, immunology will be preferred;
- Able to use English as working language;
- Valuable communication skills and hard working.
Work Location Any big cities in India, like Ahmedabad, Hyderabad etc.
