Job Responsibilities You need to take care of pre-sales and post-sales application support for our customers

■Pre-sales activity

- To create cycle time estimation sheet
- To read drawings and check machining feasibility
- To conduct test cut trial at tech center in other region(Bengaluru, Gurugram, Pune)

■Post-sales acitivity
- To train customers how to use SPEEDIO at customer place
- To resolve application related issue at customer place
- To propose solution regarding cycle time reduction, getting better accuracy, etc. at customer place
- To support exhibition work (private show, local show and big event like IMTEX, etc.)
- To make demonstration for Pune tech center
- SPPEDIO...A brand of compact, high-performance CNC vertical machining centers manufactured and sold by Brother Industries Ltd. for Mass production of automotive parts (e.g., brake components, engine parts), Medical device components,



Enclosures for IT and electronic equipment, Precision machining of small metal parts

Necessary Skill ■Domain Skills

- Must: Handling machine tools, Reading drawings, NC programming, VMC machining, Positive thinking
- Want: 5-axis simultaneous machining, Fixture knowledge, Metrology knowledge, profile machining, Turning

■Software/PC Skills
- Must: Microsoft Office
- Want: CAD/CAM

■Other Skills

- Must: English, Marathi
- Want: Hindhi
- Minimum: Diploma / Desirable: Bachelor

- Type of Industry: Machine tool builder, Parts machining industry(automobile, aerospace, medical, die&mold;)
- Type of Projects handled: To have turnkey (tooled up) project handling experience is preferrable
