We are looking for an experienced Application Developer Specialist to join our team and contribute to the development and delivery of scalable, high-quality software solutions.

? Key Responsibilities:

- Develop, enhance, and deliver software components based on project requirements
- Perform coding, unit testing, debugging, and technical documentation
- Participate in integration testing and software modifications
- Develop efficient and reliable solutions within defined timelines
- Follow enterprise IT processes, standards, tools, and development methodologies
- Collaborate with Leads, Architects, Project Managers, and cross-functional teams

? Must-Have Skills:

- Java 11
- Web Services / REST APIs
- PostgreSQL / MongoDB
- AWS Cloud




- Microservices Architecture
- Strong understanding of SDLC and software development practices

? AI Experience – Preferred:

- Experience with Agentic AI
- Hands-on exposure to Amazon Q Developer / GitHub Copilot or similar AI-assisted development tools

? Ideal Candidate:

A strong Java developer with 7+ years of experience, good knowledge of microservices and cloud technologies, and exposure to contemporary AI-powered development practices.
