Job Purpose: Acts as the primary technical link between the company and customers by managing field trials, resolving complaints, ensuring compliance, and driving product development.

Key Responsibilities

1. Field Trials & Approvals

- Conduct trials: Execute product testing directly at customer locations.
- Secure approvals: Obtain formal customer sign-off post-trial.
- Drive bulk orders: Gather feedback to convert successful trials into bulk supply.
- In-house testing: Run internal trials to validate product performance.

2. Technical Support & Complaint Resolution

- Resolve issues: Respond to and solve field-level customer complaints.
- Provide training: Deliver safety and operational training to customer teams.

3. Product Development & Market Intelligence

- Cross-functional coordination: Align with marketing teams on quality and new developments.
- Custom development: Design new products based on specific customer requirements.
- Competitor analysis: Monitor competitor products to identify performance gaps and market opportunities.
- Feedback collection: Gather continuous customer feedback regarding product quality.

- Regulatory compliance: Ensure strict adherence to RDSO standards.

Job Responsibility of Application Engineer

1. AE to Conduct the Trial @customer end and get approved from customer and get feedback for bulk supply after approved trial.
2. AE to respond to the Customer Complaint and solve the same.
3. AE is responsible to coordinate with marketing Staff for Quality & New development.
4. AE is responsible for inhouse Trial.
5. AE is responsible for submitting Monthly visit Report.

6.AE is responsible for collecting customer feedback for quality of product. 7.AE is responsible for Development of recent Products as per customer requirement.

8.AE is responsible for RDSO compliance.

9.AE will be on outdoor duty of 15-20 day in a month.

10.AE is providing safety and operational training at customer end

11.Monitering and analyzing competitive product in the filed to identify performance gap and market opportunity
