Responsibilities Conduct home blood/sample collections as per scheduled appointments. Available for early morning shifts from 6:30 AM and adaptable working hours. Perform safe venipuncture, sample collection, labeling, handling and storage .
Provide polite and professional patient care , including support for elderly/anxious patients. Assist with registration, appointments, billing, reports and collection-center operations . Manage basic social media posts, updates, promotions and enquiries .
Maintain center cleanliness, hygiene, biomedical waste procedures and stock supplies . Maintain accurate patient/sample records and coordinate with labs, doctors, patients and management. Follow all infection-control, safety and confidentiality procedures and support other day-to-day center activities.
