About the Role

Tattvam & Co., Chartered Accountants, is looking for a fresher Analyst to work on Risk Advisory, SOP Formulation and Inventory Control Audit for a leading automobile showroom.

The role will involve monitoring and controlling inventory, performing reconciliations, identifying risk areas and assisting management in strengthening inventory-related processes and SOPs.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform timely inventory reconciliations to ensure inventory movement (inward/outward) is properly recorded and inventory valuation is accurate.
- Monitor inventory records and provide necessary approvals for inventory movement/outward as per established procedures.
- Conduct physical inventory verification and reconcile physical stock with book records.
- Identify inventory-related discrepancies, wastage and potential risk areas, and report observations to management.




- Assist in formulation and implementation of SOPs for inventory management and control.
- Prepare regular reports for management regarding inventory status, discrepancies and control issues.
- Coordinate with the showroom team to ensure inventory records remain accurate, complete and up to date.

Candidate Profile
- Fresher with a B.Com or Commerce/Accounting background.
- Valuable understanding of basic accounting concepts and reconciliations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel.
- Attention to detail and ability to work with large volumes of data.
