Job Overview We are looking for a detail-oriented Analyst with a solid finance background and 15 years of experience in client coordination and operations. In this role, you will manage day-to-day client communications, handle operational workflows, and utilize MS Excel to manage data efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth coordination and timely resolution of queries.
- Manage and execute daily operational tasks with high accuracy.
- Maintain, update, and analyze operational data using MS Excel.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client deliverables are met seamlessly.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Graduate/Post-Graduate in Finance (B.Com, BAF, BBI, BMS Finance, or equivalent).
- Experience: 1-5 years in client coordination, customer success, or operational roles.
- Technical Skills: Good knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic formulas).
- Communication: Strong verbal and written English communication skills.

- Shift: Must be 100% comfortable working a Permanent Night Shift.
