Key Responsibilities
Lead collection and recovery operations across multiple branches/regions to achieve business targets.
Drive recovery of 60+ & NPA buckets, with a solid focus on Property Loan collections.
Develop and implement collection strategies to improve portfolio quality and reduce NPAs.
Lead, recruit, train, mentor, and monitor Collection Managers and Field Collection Executives.
Coordinate with Legal, Credit, Operations, Sales, and Branch teams for effective recovery and legal escalations.
Monitor portfolio performance through MIS, analyze recovery trends, and ensure compliance with RBI guidelines and company policies.
Required Skills
Graduate (Candidates with LLB preferred)
5+ years of Collection experience in Banking/NBFC, including 3+ years in team handling.
Mandatory experience in Property Loan/LAP collections.
Robust leadership, negotiation, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel (MIS, Pivot Tables & VLOOKUP) with positive knowledge of collection/LMS systems.
Must own a four-wheeler with a valid driving licence and be willing to travel extensively across multiple locations.
