Role: Relationship Manager – Bancassurance Department: Sales / Bancassurance Industry: Life Insurance Key Responsibilities: Manage and develop relationships with the assigned bank branch and bank staff. Generate life insurance business through the bank’s customer base. Work closely with Branch Managers, Relationship Managers and bank staff to identify potential customers.

Generate leads and ensure daily lead entry and follow-up. Explain suitable insurance products and advantages to customers. Convert leads into quality business and achieve monthly/annual premium and NOP targets.

Follow up on pending proposals, medicals, documentation and policy issuance. Drive renewal business and maintain strong customer relationships. Conduct regular product training and sales support for bank staff.

Plan branch visits and execute sales activities to improve productivity. Track daily login, premium, NOP, lead and conversion performance.



Ensure compliance with company and IRDAI guidelines. Maintain good relationships with both the bank and customers.

Pay: ₹15,486.11 - ₹43,288.00 per month
