We are looking for a dedicated Office Accountant to manage our financial records and ensure accurate financial reporting. The ideal candidate will have a solid attention to detail and a desire to learn about accounting processes.

Key Responsibilities:
Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions, ensuring that every entry is documented and organized for easy reference.
Invoice Management: Prepare and send invoices to clients, making sure that they are accurate and sent on time to facilitate timely payments.
Bank Reconciliation: Regularly reconcile bank statements with internal financial records to ensure consistency and accuracy, identifying and resolving discrepancies as needed.
Expense Tracking: Monitor company expenses and categorize them appropriately to keep financial records up to date.
Assisting in Reports: Help in preparing financial reports, summarizing financial status for management's review and decision-making.

Required Skills and Expectations:
