About the Role:
We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic Sales Interns to join our team.
As a Sales Intern at Intropedia, you will work with leads provided by the company. Your role will involve contacting potential customers, explaining our programs/services, following up with interested leads, and supporting the sales conversion process.
Key Responsibilities:
Contact and communicate with company-provided leads
Explain Intropedia's programs and services to prospective customers
Understand customer requirements and answer basic queries
Follow up with interested leads regularly
Maintain and update lead and follow-up records
Build positive relationships with prospective customers
Work towards assigned sales and conversion targets
Coordinate with the team regarding lead status and conversions
Share regular updates on sales activities and progress
Requirements:
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills
Confident and comfortable speaking with customers
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Basic understanding of sales and customer handling
Ability to follow up consistently
Target-oriented and self-motivated
