At TMC, you’ll be working alongside a team of dedicated arts, culture, and youth voice enthusiasts. We’re a friendly bunch, too! We all care deeply about the young people we support who are some of the most unheard and under-represented in society. And we practice what we preach. So whether it’s creative thinking, creative problem-solving or creative ways of working, you can be sure that a role with our charity will be both mighty and creative.

The mighty perks In addition to a friendly, supportive, and creative working setting (for employee opportunities) we offer:
25 days annual leave (pro rata) – plus bank holidays, of course!
3 days of discretionary leave over the Christmas period, during our office closedown.
