We are looking for competent, agile and motivated candidates for a suitable position in the Projects & Engineering Department, OSD Unit for SEZ Matoda, Ahmedabad.

Department: Projects & Engineering Department (OSD)

Designation: Officer

Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech. in Instrumentation Engineering / Electrical Engineering or related field

Total Experience: 03 to 05 years

Desired Profile:

- Responsible for preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance of process and utility instrumentation.
- Troubleshoot and maintain instruments such as pressure, temperature, flow, level and analytical instruments.
- Execute and monitor calibration activities for critical and non-critical instruments and maintain calibration records as per GMP requirements.
- Troubleshoot PLC, HMI, SCADA, VFD and automation systems.
- Hands-on experience with PLC platforms such as Siemens, Allen Bradley, Mitsubishi, etc.
- Support PLC program modifications, optimization and automation system improvements.
- Coordinate with OEMs and automation vendors for troubleshooting, system improvements and upgrades.




- Provide instrumentation and automation support for OSD manufacturing and packing equipment such as granulation, compression, coating, capsule filling, blister packing and bottle packing lines.
- Ensure maximum equipment uptime, reliability and operational efficiency.
- Prepare and review SOPs, calibration reports, maintenance records, change controls and other engineering documents.
- Support qualification and validation activities related to instrumentation and automation systems.
- Prepare and maintain engineering documentation in an inspection-ready condition.
- Follow GMP, Data Integrity, EHS and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Participate in regulatory and customer audits and support closure of audit observations related to instrumentation and maintenance.
- Conduct troubleshooting, failure analysis and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for recurring equipment issues.
- Support implementation of CAPA and Change Control activities.
- Exposure to QMS, Qualification & Validation and SAP/ERP will be preferred.
