ABOUT THE ROLE

F5 Global Talent is hiring an Amazon Creative Specialist to own the content and creative for a Made-in-USA label and office-supply brand selling on Amazon.

This is a one-person creative function. You’ll personally produce product videos, lifestyle imagery, infographics, A+ Content, listing copy, Brand Story content, and advertising creative using a combination of AI tools and strong human creative judgment.

You won’t be briefing separate videographers, designers, copywriters, or AI specialists. You’ll use tools like Runway, Midjourney, ChatGPT, Adobe Firefly, and others to execute the work yourself.

The hardest part of this role isn’t prompting AI — it’s knowing when the result looks fake, generic, inconsistent, or off-brand and having the judgment to fix it before customers ever see it.

A portfolio demonstrating strong Amazon or e-commerce creative work is required.

This is a full-time, remote role working U.S. business hours.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

- Produce short-form AI product videos using tools such as Runway, Pika, HeyGen, Kling, or similar platforms
- Create lifestyle imagery, infographics, comparison graphics, and product visuals using Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Photoshop Generative Fill, and other AI tools
- Write and refine benefit-focused Amazon listing copy using ChatGPT, Claude, Jasper, or similar tools
- Build and improve Amazon A+ Content and Brand Story modules
- Strengthen Made-in-USA, product-quality, and brand-positioning messaging
- Optimize titles, bullet points, backend search terms, and bundle listings
- Maintain consistent listing quality across the Amazon catalog
- Create creative assets for Sponsored Brands and Sponsored Brand Video campaigns
- Support and manage Amazon PPC campaigns where needed




- Review AI-generated output critically and rework anything that looks fake, generic, or off-brand

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

- Hands-on experience creating Amazon or e-commerce content and creative
- Experience with AI video tools such as Runway, Pika, Google Veo, Kling, HeyGen, or ElevenLabs
- Experience with AI image tools such as Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Photoshop Generative Fill, PhotoRoom, or similar
- Practical use of ChatGPT, Claude, Jasper, or other AI writing tools
- Hands-on Amazon Seller Central experience
- Experience creating Amazon A+ Content and Brand Story modules
- Experience optimizing Amazon listings, including titles, bullets, and backend search terms
- Familiarity with Amazon PPC, particularly Sponsored Brands and Sponsored Brand Video
- Strong visual design judgment and brand-quality standards
- Ability to recognize and fix poor AI output rather than simply publishing what the tool generates
- Strong written English and ability to edit AI-generated copy into natural, brand-appropriate language
- Ability to work independently as a solo content function
- Portfolio showing robust visual and e-commerce work

NICE TO HAVE

- Experience positioning premium products against low-cost competitors
- Familiarity with Amazon policies around AI-generated imagery and Made-in-USA claims
- Experience with U.S. B2B, office-supply, or medical-office customer segments
- Experience with Helium 10 Atomic, Perpetua, or similar Amazon advertising tools
