We are looking for a smart, responsible and proactive Operations & Allocation Coordinator to manage our day-to-day diagnostic centre operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Daily allocation & route planning for Phlebotomists and Field Staff
- Home collection & field visit assignments
- Staff coordination & field team monitoring
- Pending collections and visits tracking
- Handling urgent requests, cancellations & re-allocation
- Coordination with patients, B2B partners & internal lab team
- Managing calls & WhatsApp operational queries
- Maintaining daily records and providing timely updates
- Ensuring smooth and timely completion of collections
Candidate Requirements
- Good communication & coordination skills
- Knowledge of Delhi/NCR routes & localities preferred
- Comfortable with WhatsApp, Google Maps, Excel & computer/mobile applications
- Good multitasking & problem-solving ability
- Quick decision-making skills
- Responsible,
punctual & well-organized
- Experience in Diagnostic Lab, Healthcare, Logistics, Dispatch, Home Collection or Field Operations preferred
Ideal Candidate A quick, dependable and hands-on person who can take ownership of daily allocations, coordinate with the field team, handle multiple requests and ensure smooth operations throughout the day.
Experience
Relevant experience preferred. Candidates with strong coordination and communication skills may also apply.
