Airbnb Property Operations Manager

Role: Property Operations Manager

Responsibility: Manage and optimize 3 Airbnb properties to ensure they are guest-ready, profitable, and highly rated.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage guest communication, bookings, check-ins, and check-outs.
- Coordinate housekeeping, laundry, maintenance, and other vendors.
- Conduct property inspections and ensure cleanliness and quality standards.
- Monitor and maintain inventory, toiletries, linen, appliances, Wi-Fi, and other supplies.
- Handle guest complaints, emergencies, and maintenance issues promptly.
- Manage Airbnb calendars, pricing, availability, and occupancy.
- Track revenue, expenses, and property performance.
- Monitor guest reviews and maintain high ratings.
- Ensure timely payments, documentation,



and local compliance.
- Conduct regular quality checks and arrange replacement/repairs when required.

Key KPIs
- Occupancy: 75–90%
- Guest Rating: 4.8+
- Cleaning Score: 4.9+
- Response Time: Under 10 minutes
- Cancellation Rate: Below 1%
- Maintenance Resolution: Within 24 hours

Ideal Candidate: Robust in property/hospitality operations, guest handling, vendor coordination, problem-solving, and multitasking. Experience managing Airbnb/short-term rental properties will be preferred. Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
