AI Video Creator – SaaS

About the Role

We are looking for an AI Video Creator to join our SaaS product team and help build the next generation of AI-powered video creation experiences.

This role sits at the intersection of Generative AI, video, product, and SaaS . You will work on creating intelligent video workflows that can turn ideas, text, images, scripts, and other inputs into high-quality video content with minimal manual effort.

We are looking for someone who understands both the creative side of video and the rapidly evolving capabilities of AI-powered video generation and editing .

What You’ll Do

- Create AI-generated videos for product, marketing, social media, campaigns, and other use cases.
- Work with text-to-video, image-to-video, AI avatars, voice generation, lip-sync, motion, editing, and other generative AI capabilities.
- Experiment with different AI video models and tools to identify the right approach for different creative requirements.
- Convert scripts, concepts, briefs, and prompts into compelling video outputs.
- Build and refine repeatable AI video creation workflows.
- Collaborate closely with product, design, engineering, and marketing teams.
- Explore new AI video technologies, models, tools, and workflows as they emerge.
- Develop robust prompting and creative direction capabilities for generative video.
- Maintain consistency in visual style, storytelling, brand language, pacing, sound, and overall production quality.




- Evaluate AI-generated outputs and continuously improve quality through iteration.
- Help establish best practices, templates, workflows, and standards for AI-assisted video production.
- Contribute ideas for new AI-powered video features and product experiences.

What We’re Looking For
- 1–4 years of experience in video creation, video production, motion design, content creation, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of video storytelling, editing, composition, pacing, sound, and visual communication .
- Hands-on experience with Generative AI tools for video creation .
- Strong prompting skills and the ability to translate creative intent into effective AI instructions.
- Experience with AI video platforms/models such as Runway, Kling, Veo, Sora, Pika, Luma, HeyGen, Synthesia , or similar tools.
- Familiarity with AI image generation and tools such as Midjourney, Flux, Stable Diffusion, or similar platforms is a plus.
- Experience with conventional video-editing tools such as Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro , or equivalent.
- Strong visual judgement and attention to detail.
- Ability to experiment rapidly, evaluate outputs critically, and iterate until the desired result is achieved.
- Understanding of SaaS products and digital content workflows is a strong plus.
- Curiosity about emerging AI technologies and the ability to learn new tools quickly.
