Role Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic and technically strong AI Trainer / AI Instructor to join our team.
The ideal candidate should have either an AI/ML specialization or robust programming and technical skills, along with the ability to understand and explain technical concepts clearly.
You will be involved in delivering training on AI, Python, Machine Learning, Generative AI, APIs, and related technologies to students and working professionals.
This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Noida Area.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct training sessions on Artificial Intelligence and related technologies
- Explain technical concepts in a simple, practical, and engaging manner
- Develop and deliver hands-on coding exercises and projects
- Work with technologies such as Python, Machine Learning, Generative AI, APIs, and AI tools
- Help learners understand concepts through practical examples and real-world use cases
- Prepare training material, assignments, and coding exercises
- Stay updated with emerging AI technologies and industry trends
- Assist learners in debugging code and completing AI-based projects
Qualifications
- B.Tech/B.E. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Freshers with strong technical skills are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates specializing in AI/ML or Data Science will be preferred.
- Strong understanding of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning fundamentals.
- Good programming skills in Python.
- Familiarity with libraries and frameworks commonly used in AI/ML.
- Understanding of Generative AI, LLMs, APIs, or related technologies will be an advantage.
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
- Passion for teaching, mentoring, and helping others learn.
- Academic, personal, or freelance AI/ML projects will be highly valued.
- GitHub profile, technical blogs, projects, hackathons, or other evidence of practical technical work will be an advantage.
What We Look For
We value strong technical fundamentals, curiosity, practical skills, and the ability to learn. Prior teaching or industry experience is not mandatory for the right candidate.
