About the Role

We are looking for a skilled AI/ML Engineer with 2–5 years of hands-on experience in developing, deploying, and optimizing machine learning solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong programming skills in Python, a solid understanding of machine learning concepts, and experience working with real-world data and ML models.

You will work closely with data scientists, software engineers, and product teams to build scalable AI/ML solutions and take models from development to production.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, train, evaluate, and deploy machine learning models.

- Build and maintain end-to-end machine learning pipelines.

- Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, model training, and model evaluation.

- Work with structured and unstructured datasets to identify patterns and generate insights.

- Implement and optimize machine learning algorithms for business use cases.

- Develop Python-based ML applications and services.

- Work with deep learning frameworks and NLP/Generative AI technologies where required.

- Deploy and monitor ML models in production environments.

- Collaborate with data scientists, backend engineers, data engineers, and product stakeholders.

- Perform model tuning, optimization, validation, and troubleshooting.

- Maintain technical documentation and contribute to code reviews and engineering best practices.

Required Skills

- 2–5 years of professional experience in AI/ML or Machine Learning Engineering.

- Strong proficiency in Python.

- Strong understanding of Machine Learning algorithms and concepts.

- Hands-on experience with scikit-learn and machine learning libraries.

- Experience with Pandas, NumPy and data preprocessing techniques.

- Good knowledge of SQL and working with databases.

- Experience with model training, evaluation, feature engineering, and hyperparameter tuning.





- Familiarity with TensorFlow or PyTorch.

- Understanding of model deployment and productionization.

- Good understanding of statistics and data analysis concepts.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Good to Have

- Experience with Generative AI / LLMs.

- Experience with NLP, RAG, embeddings, vector databases, or prompt engineering.

- Knowledge of Azure, AWS, or GCP.

- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.

- Familiarity with MLflow or other MLOps tools.

- Experience building ML APIs using FastAPI or Flask.

- Knowledge of CI/CD and MLOps practices.

- Experience working with large-scale data processing frameworks such as Spark/PySpark.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.

- 2–5 years of relevant industry experience.

- Strong communication and collaboration skills.

- Ability to work independently and effectively in a fast-paced setting.
