Hiring: AI Engineer – e-Governance Initiatives | Mumbai

Pinaca Technologies Private Limited is looking for an experienced AI Engineer to work on large-scale e-Governance and State Government AI initiatives in Mumbai.

Location: Mumbai

Experience: 2+ years in AI/ML

Salary: Up to ₹10 LPA

Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred

Eligibility: Mumbai-based candidates preferred

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems for government datasets and policy documents.
- Develop, fine-tune, and evaluate LLMs and ML models for NLP, translation, sentiment analysis, risk assessment, and related use cases.
- Build scalable AI solutions using Python, PyTorch/TensorFlow, LangChain, or LlamaIndex.
- Work with Vector Databases such as Pinecone, Milvus, or Weaviate.
- Develop and deploy APIs using FastAPI/Flask.
- Manage MLOps workflows including model tracking, data versioning, retraining, and deployment.
- Deploy AI services using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Work with SQL/NoSQL databases and real-time data pipelines.
- Ensure AI solutions follow security, data localization, and government compliance requirements.
- Contribute to responsible AI practices, including model evaluation, fairness, explainability, and data security.

Required Skills:





- Robust experience in Python and AI/ML development.
- Hands-on knowledge of RAG, LLMs, NLP, and Machine Learning.
- Experience with LangChain/LlamaIndex and Vector Databases.
- Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and MLOps.
- Experience with FastAPI/Flask and SQL/NoSQL databases.
- Understanding of secure coding and AI deployment practices.
- Exposure to multilingual NLP, particularly Indian regional languages, is an advantage.

Preferred:

- Experience working on Government, PSU, e-Governance, or large-scale enterprise projects.
- Experience with Marathi or other Indian regional languages.
- Familiarity with government-grade security, encryption, and data localization standards.
