Altos Global Services Pvt Ltd is seeking an AI Implementation Manager in Noida, India to lead the strategy, development, deployment, and adoption of AI solutions that improve operational efficiency and support business growth.

The ideal candidate will have either 15 years of hands-on AI experience or 7 to 15 years of technology implementation experience, along with solid communication skills and a proven track record of managing cross-functional projects.

AI Implementation Manager Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute enterprise-level AI strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Identify and prioritize AI use cases that deliver measurable impact across departments.
- Lead full-lifecycle AI initiatives from concept and requirements gathering through deployment, adoption, performance monitoring, and ongoing optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, finance, and leadership, to define requirements, align priorities, and support successful AI implementation.
- Oversee integration of AI tools into existing systems and workflows.
- Manage vendor relationships and evaluate third-party AI technologies.
- Establish performance metrics, track adoption, and measure ROI of AI initiatives.
- Drive change management efforts to ensure successful user adoption.
- Provide training, guidance, and practical support to internal stakeholders so they can understand, adopt, and effectively use AI capabilities in their daily workflows.
- Implement governance frameworks addressing data privacy, compliance, and ethical AI use.
- Build reporting structures to monitor effectiveness and scalability of AI programs.
- Other duties and special projects as assigned.

Qualifications

- Bachelors degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, data science, business technology, or a related field.
- 15 years of hands-on AI implementation experience or 7 to 15 years of broader technology implementation experience, including experience deploying AI-enabled solutions in production or business operations environments.
- Experience leading technology implementation projects, coordinating technical and business stakeholders, and helping teams translate business needs into practical system or workflow solutions.
- Experience in end-to-end application/product launches, from development and production deployment to market release, go-live support, and post-launch stabilization.
- Experience with cloud-based platforms, workflow automation tools, AI-enabled business applications, or enterprise software implementation environments.
- Experience in designing and implementing enterprise-scale CI/CD, DevSecOps, and platform engineering solutions.
- Expertise in AI/ML, Generative AI, Agentic AI, LLMs, RAG frameworks, and AI platform capabilities, with the ability to evaluate how these technologies can support business operations.
- Proven ability to lead complex technical initiatives and influence architecture decisions across multiple teams.
- Solid communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and mentoring skills
- Advanced proficiency in Python, APIs, Cloud, CI/CD, DevSecOps, Workflow Automation, AI/ML, Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, Agentic AI, Microservices, Distributed Systems. Optional: Java, Spring Boot, C#, SQL, Docker/Kubernetes
