About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and technically strong AI Engineer to join our engineering team and contribute to the development of AI-powered healthcare solutions.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on knowledge of Python, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Generative AI, and Large Language Models (LLMs), along with the ability to build, integrate, test, and deploy AI-based applications.

This position is open to freshers and candidates with 0–1 years of experience who have strong practical knowledge through academic projects, internships, personal projects, or hands-on development.

The candidate will be involved in the complete AI development lifecycle — from understanding the problem and preparing data to developing models, integrating AI APIs, testing solutions, and deploying AI applications into production.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement AI/ML solutions for real-world healthcare use cases.
- Build and optimize Generative AI and LLM-based applications.
- Develop AI agents, chatbots,



and intelligent automation workflows.
- Work with Python, Machine Learning, NLP, and relevant AI frameworks.
- Work with LLM APIs, RAG, embeddings, vector databases, and prompt engineering.
- Prepare, clean, and process data for AI/ML applications.
- Develop and integrate AI services using REST APIs, FastAPI, or Flask.
- Test, debug, evaluate, and improve AI models and applications.
- Work with databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
- Use Git/GitHub for version control and collaborative development.
- Assist with deploying and maintaining AI applications in development and production environments.
- Research and implement new AI technologies, tools, and frameworks.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to convert business requirements into practical AI solutions.
- Write clean, scalable, and maintainable Python code and technical documentation.
- Take ownership of assigned AI tasks and deliver them within defined timelines.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related technical field.
- Strong proficiency in Python is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning fundamentals.
- Valuable knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming.
- Hands-on experience with Python libraries such as NumPy, Pandas, and Scikit-learn.
- Knowledge of PyTorch or TensorFlow is preferred.
- Understanding of Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Knowledge of Prompt Engineering, RAG, embeddings, vector databases, or AI agents is highly preferred.
- Basic understanding of REST APIs, JSON, and backend integration.




- Familiarity with FastAPI or Flask is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of SQL and databases.
- Familiarity with Git and GitHub.
- Understanding of deployment, Docker, or cloud platforms is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to learn new AI technologies quickly.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.

What We Look For We are looking for candidates who can build and implement AI solutions, not just understand AI concepts theoretically.

Candidates with strong hands-on projects or internships involving AI/ML, LLMs, RAG, AI agents, NLP, chatbots, recommendation systems, computer vision, AI automation, or deployed AI applications will be preferred.

Candidates should be able to technically explain their projects, including the problem statement, dataset, model/framework selection, implementation approach, evaluation, API integration, and deployment process.

Freshers with strong practical AI/ML/GenAI knowledge and relevant projects or internships are encouraged to apply.
