About the Role

We are looking for a passionate AI Engineer with 1–2 years of experience to join our product development team. You will work on integrating Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs)

into our mobile application and help build intelligent, scalable, and interactive user experiences.

The role will involve building AI-powered features such as interactive quizzes, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems, intelligent recommendations, and AI agents/workflows

.

You will work closely with the backend, product, and content teams to transform product ideas and structured content into reliable AI-powered features.

Responsibilities

- Build and integrate AI-powered features using LLMs.
- Develop RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines for querying application content.

- Work with Vector Databases to store, search, and retrieve embeddings.
- Build AI workflows and agents using frameworks such as LangGraph and LangChain .

- Integrate LLM APIs such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, or similar providers .

- Develop prompt engineering strategies and structured output workflows.
- Build APIs and backend services for AI features using Python.
- Implement evaluation, testing, logging, and monitoring for AI responses.

- Work with the content team to design data structures and formats suitable for RAG and AI systems.
- Optimize AI systems for accuracy, latency, reliability, and cost.
- Collaborate with the existing Django/backend and Flutter teams to integrate AI capabilities into the product.

Required Skills

- 1–2 years of experience working with Python and AI/ML applications .

- Good understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI concepts.

- Hands-on experience with at least one LLM API such as OpenAI, Gemini, Anthropic, or similar platforms .





- Experience or knowledge of RAG architecture .

- Familiarity with embeddings and semantic search .

- Experience with or understanding of Vector Databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, Qdrant, Chroma, or pgvector.
- Familiarity with LangChain and/or LangGraph .

- Experience building REST APIs using FastAPI or Django .

- Basic understanding of prompt engineering and structured LLM outputs.
- Good knowledge of Git and software development best practices.

Good to Have

- Experience building AI agents or multi-step AI workflows.

- Experience with LangGraph .

- Knowledge of PostgreSQL and pgvector .

- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS.
- Experience with Docker and deployment of AI applications.
- Knowledge of LLM evaluation, hallucination reduction, and guardrails.

- Experience with recommendation systems or personalization.
- Interest in movies, entertainment, quizzes, or consumer-facing AI products.
