Key Responsibilities

- Model Development & Integration: Design, fine-tune, and deploy Machine Learning (ML) and Large Language Model (LLM) workflows to enhance platform features and automation.
- Pipeline Engineering: Build robust data extraction, preprocessing, and feature engineering pipelines for structured and unstructured datasets.
- API & System Architecture: Develop high-performance backend APIs to integrate AI services seamlessly into production environments.
- Optimization & Performance: Benchmark, evaluate, and optimize model latency, accuracy, and resource efficiency.
- Monitoring & Maintenance: Implement monitoring for model drift, data quality, and system stability across production workloads.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product and engineering teams to identify high-impact AI opportunities and deliver end-to-end solutions.

Qualifications & Skills

- Education & Experience: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence,



or a related technical field, along with 2+ years of hands-on software development experience.
- Programming: Strong proficiency in Python and familiarity with contemporary web backend frameworks (e.g., FastAPI, Flask, Django).
- AI/ML Frameworks: Proficiency with tools such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face, LangChain, or LlamaIndex.
- Generative AI & LLMs: Hands-on experience working with APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini), prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Qdrant, Milvus, Chroma).
- Cloud & DevOps: Experience with cloud services (AWS, GCP, or Azure), containerization (Docker), and CI/CD pipelines.
- Data Engineering: Deep knowledge of SQL, NoSQL databases, and data processing libraries (e.g., Pandas, NumPy).

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with AI-driven job aggregation, NLP text classification, or web scraping techniques at scale.
- Experience fine-tuning open-source LLMs (e.g., Llama, Mistral) for specific enterprise use cases.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a track record of thriving in self-driven, remote environments.
