AI Designer

Experience: 2-3 Years

Were looking for an AI Designer who can turn ideas into striking visual stories using the latest generative AI tools. Someone who understands that AI is not just about prompting it’s about taste, direction, storytelling, and execution.

What You’ll Do

- Create premium images and videos using Generative AI.
- Work confidently across multiple AI models, platforms, and workflows for image and video generation.
- Ideate concepts for social media, campaigns, brand films, product visuals, and other creative requirements.
- Build moodboards, visual directions, storyboards, and concept explorations using AI.
- Edit and refine AI-generated footage into polished, aesthetically strong videos.
- Collaborate with designers, editors, copywriters, and the wider creative team to take an idea from concept to final output.
- Experiment with emerging AI tools and workflows to continuously improve creative possibilities.

What We’re Looking For





- 2–3 years of relevant creative/design experience.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of Generative AI for both images and videos.
- Extensive understanding of multiple AI models and their strengths, limitations, and use cases.
- Strong video editing skills and a sharp eye for composition, lighting, colour, pacing, and premium aesthetics.
- Ability to ideate independently, not just execute prompts.
- Strong visual storytelling and moodboarding skills.
- A collaborative mindset — being a team player is essential.
- Basic Blender / 3D knowledge is a solid bonus.

Non-Negotiable A professional portfolio is mandatory. Applications without a portfolio will not be considered. We’re looking for someone who can combine AI, design thinking, filmmaking, and visual taste to create work that doesn’t simply look AI-generated — it looks intentionally designed.
