Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled SAP Business One (SAP B1) Functional Consultant to manage, support, and enhance SAP B1 system. The candidate will be responsible for understanding business processes, providing functional solutions, and ensuring smooth system operations across departments such as Finance, Sales, Purchase, Inventory, and Production.

Key Responsibilities:
Analyze and understand business requirements and translate them into SAP B1 solutions
Provide day-to-day functional support to end users across various departments
Configure and customize SAP B1 modules (Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Finance, Production)
Handle master data management and ensure data accuracy
Identify system gaps and suggest process improvements
Coordinate with technical team for add-ons, reports, and integrations
Conduct user training and prepare documentation (SOPs, manuals)
Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and implementation of recent features
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot functional issues




Ensure compliance with business processes and internal controls

Required Skills Qualifications:
Strong knowledge of SAP Business One modules (Finance, Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Production)
Experience in handling SAP B1 support and operations
Valuable understanding of business processes and workflows
Experience in writing functional specifications and documentation
Basic understanding of SQL/HANA queries and reporting tools (Crystal Reports preferred)
Robust problem-solving and analytical skills
Good communication and stakeholder management skills
