Bezel Blinds & Shades by Raunaq International is looking for a proactive and target-oriented Sales & Business Development Manager to drive B2B growth across our range of blinds, curtains, motorized systems, awnings, pergolas, tensile structures, outdoor shading and other interior & exterior solutions. The role will focus on developing and expanding our dealer and distributor network through targeted marketing campaigns, cold calling, lead generation, regular follow-ups and field visits, while simultaneously building solid qualified relationships with architects, interior designers, contractors, builders and project consultants to increase brand visibility and generate project-based sales. The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, conducting client and skilled meetings, presenting our product portfolio,



generating and converting leads, onboarding dealers, managing follow-ups and maintaining long-term B2B relationships.

The ideal candidate should have robust communication and negotiation skills, a confident personality, a willingness to travel for meetings and visits, and preferably experience in B2B sales, building materials, interiors, furnishings, blinds, awnings, architectural products or related industries. This is a field-driven, performance-oriented role with growth opportunities and sales-based incentives.

Pay: ₹14,349.84 - ₹30,089.45 per month
