Generate recent leads and acquire current customers through field visits, references, and other sales channels.
Promote and sell the company's financial products and services.
Explain product features, perks, eligibility, pricing, and repayment terms to customers.
Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Conduct regular field visits for customer acquisition and business development.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
Collect and verify customer documents as per company and regulatory requirements.
Coordinate with the branch and credit/operations teams for processing applications.
Follow up with customers until the completion of the sales/application process.
Maintain accurate records of leads, customer visits, applications, and sales activities.
Identify new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
Ensure compliance with company policies, KYC requirements, and applicable financial regulations.
Provide regular sales reports and updates to the reporting manager.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
