Job Role Sales & Quotation Specialist
Prepare accurate quotations, estimations, cost sheets, and commercial proposals based on customer requirements.
Analyze project specifications and calculate material, labor, and overhead costs.
Coordinate with Sales, Purchase, and Technical teams to obtain pricing and technical inputs.
Prepare commercial offers, BOQs, and price comparisons.
Maintain quotation records, costing databases, and customer documentation.
Assist the Accounts department with invoicing, documentation, and commercial correspondence.
Update and maintain Excel-based MIS reports, costing sheets, and sales trackers.
Follow up on quotation revisions and customer approvals.
Ensure accuracy in pricing and compliance with company policies.

Required Skills
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including:
Advanced formulas
Pivot Tables
VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP
IF functions
Data analysis
Formatting and reporting
Valuable knowledge of quotation preparation, cost estimation, and commercial documentation.
Basic understanding of accounting principles and documentation.
Excellent analytical and numerical skills.
Positive written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.




High attention to detail and accuracy.

Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com), Business Administration (BBA), Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
1–2 years of experience in Accounts, Quotation, Estimation, or Commercial Operations.
Candidates from Facility Management, MEP, Electrical Contracting, or Industrial Automation industries are preferred.
Experience with ERP/accounting software such as Tally, Busy, SAP, or similar is an added advantage.
