including office spaces, retail units, showrooms, and investment assets within our premium developments.

Key Responsibilitie Identify and generate leads for

commercial property sale s through networking, brokers, cold calling, and digital platforms Build and maintain robust relationships with

high-net-worth individuals, corporates, and investor s Understand client requirements and provide customized solutions based on

project inventor y Conduct

site visits, presentations, and property showing s for prospective buyers and investors Negotiate and close sales deals while ensuring

target achievemen t Collaborate with the

marketing tea m to implement effective campaigns and lead-generation strategies Maintain an updated database of

leads, inquiries, and follow-up s using CRM tools Stay updated on

market trends,



competitor offerings, and commercial property rate s in Gurugram and surrounding areas Coordinate with the

legal and documentation team s to ensure smooth execution of sale agreements

Key Requirements Graduate in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related fields. MBA preferred 15 to 20 yea rs of proven experience i n commercial real estate sal e Experience in sellin g office spaces, retail properties, or investment-grade commercial assets Excellent communication and negotiation skill Strong relationship-building and client-handling abilitie Familiarity wit h Gurugram commercial property marke t Experience wit h Grade-A develope rs o r real estate consultanci e
