Experience: 3+ years in Sales Operations, specifically supporting a Sales Business Unit
Technical Skills: Exposure to Salesforce Lightning, Reports/Dashboards, and Data Loader; solid Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables) for data analysis
Analytical Mindset: Ability to debug issues and provide functional solutions to problems
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain functional concepts to non-technical sales users
Adaptability: Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, contract-based workplace with changing priorities
