Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Engagement Product Business Analyst with expertise in Finance & Accounting, Banking/Insurance, P2P, O2C, R2R, and Generative AI. The ideal candidate will work closely with clients to understand business requirements, drive process transformation initiatives, and support the implementation of AI/ML-powered solutions.

Key Skills Required

- Finance & Accounting, Banking, or Insurance domain expertise
- End-to-end process automation in P2P, O2C, R2R, Finance, Banking, or Supply Chain
- Generative AI, Artificial Intelligence, and Machine Learning concepts
- Experience with BlackLine, HighRadius, ERP workflows
- Business Analysis, Requirement Gathering, Process Mapping
- User Story Creation & Acceptance Criteria Definition
- Stakeholder Management & Client Engagement
- Agile Delivery & Solution Design

Key Responsibilities

- Gather,



analyze, and document business requirements from clients.
- Create As-Is and To-Be process maps and solution proposals.
- Drive AI/ML and GenAI integration initiatives for business process transformation.
- Develop and prioritize user stories based on business value and feasibility.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Provide training, support, and guidance during solution implementation.
- Build solid relationships with business stakeholders and client teams.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, or related field.
- MBA or Business Analysis/Project Management certifications are preferred.

Preferred Tools: BlackLine, HighRadius, ERP Systems, AI/ML Platforms, GenAI Solutions.
