About the Role

We're looking for an AI Business Analyst who can understand real-world business and finance workflows and figure out how AI and technology can make them dramatically better.

This is a client-facing, hands-on role at the intersection of business, finance, AI and software. You'll work directly with customers to understand how they operate, spot problems and opportunities and translate what you learn into clear specifications our technical team can build from.

This isn't a role for someone who only documents requirements. We want someone curious, who experiments with AI constantly, challenges existing processes, and can imagine better ways of working then help make them real.

What You'll Do

- Talk directly with customers to understand their business processes, pain points and requirements.
- Study existing workflows and find where AI, automation or software can improve them.
- Translate business requirements into clear workflows, user stories and technical specs developers can act on.
- Work closely with developers and AI engineers through implementation.
- Test solutions from the customer's perspective and make sure they solve the real problem.
- Prototype and experiment with AI tools to validate ideas quickly.
- Research new AI capabilities and find practical ways to apply them.
- Bridge the gap between customers, business teams and technical teams.
- Take part in customer demos, onboarding and feedback sessions.

What We're Looking For

- A background in or solid understanding of finance, commerce or a related business domain.




- Fluency with AI tools, and real interest in experimenting with new models, agents and workflows.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
- A knack for understanding complex processes and simplifying them.
- Ability to translate business needs into requirements developers can build from.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Comfort speaking directly with customers, including senior finance people.
- Curiosity, creativity and a willingness to experiment.
- Ability to learn fast and work independently.

What Makes This Role Different This is not a traditional BA role built around documents and meetings. You'll have real freedom to explore, experiment and build.

One day you might be understanding how a customer's finance team processes hundreds of documents; the next, experimenting with AI agents to automate part of that workflow; the next, working with developers to turn the idea into a product. If you find a better way to solve a problem, you'll have the freedom to pursue it.

- Enjoy understanding how businesses actually work.
- Can hold a conversation with a CFO, business owner or a manager, then explain their problem clearly to a developer.

- Are genuinely excited about how AI will reshape finance and business operations.
