AI Automation & Business Systems Engineer

Job Summary

We are looking for an AI Automation & Business Systems Engineer to automate repetitive business processes across Operations, Sales, Finance, Compliance, and other teams using AI and automation tools.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and automate manual business processes.
- Build workflows using n8n, Make, Zapier, Power Automate, etc.
- Integrate systems using REST APIs, Webhooks, JSON, and Postman.
- Work with OpenAI, Claude, Gemini and other LLM APIs.
- Write basic Python/JavaScript scripts when required.
- Work with SQL and databases.
- Manage workflow testing, error handling, logging, and monitoring.
- Coordinate with business teams and developers to implement automation solutions.

Required Skills

- n8n / Make / Zapier / Power Automate or similar
- REST APIs, Webhooks, JSON, OAuth/API Keys
- OpenAI / Claude / Gemini APIs
- Python or JavaScript/TypeScript
- BasicIntermediate SQL
- Git/GitHub
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Valuable to Have: OCR/PDF processing, RAG, AI Agents, PostgreSQL, Docker, AWS/Azure/GCP experience.
