We are looking for a skilled AI/ML Technical Professional who can design, develop, and deploy machine learning models to solve real-world business problems. The ideal candidate should be robust in data handling, model development, and translating business requirements into scalable AI solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and deploy Machine Learning & AI models
- Work on data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model training
- Develop and optimize ML algorithms (classification, regression, clustering, NLP, etc.)
- Integrate AI/ML models with backend systems and APIs
- Monitor model performance and improve accuracy over time
- Collaborate with product, software, and business teams
- Stay updated with latest AI/ML trends and tools
- Document models, workflows, and technical processes
Required Skills & Qualifications
Technical Skills
- Strong knowledge of Python
- Hands-on experience with Machine Learning algorithms
- Experience with TensorFlow / PyTorch / Scikit-learn
- Good understanding of Data Structures & Algorithms
- Knowledge of SQL / NoSQL databases
- Experience in REST APIs integration
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP is a plus)
AI/ML Concepts
- Supervised & Unsupervised Learning
- Model evaluation & optimization
- NLP / Computer Vision (preferred but not mandatory)
- Data analysis & visualization
Educational Qualification
- B.Tech / M.Tech / MCA / MSc (CS/AI/ML)
Preferred Skills (Good to Have)
- Experience with LLMs, Chatbots, or Generative AI
- Knowledge of MLOps tools
- Experience in startup or product-based environment
- Problem-solving mindset with business understanding
