AGM ( Sales and Marketing) – Fresh Produce

Location: Himachal Pradesh | Full-Time | Field Role

We are looking for a Territory Business Associate to manage and grow our fresh fruits & vegetables business across Himachal Pradesh.

The role involves vendor development, relationship management, daily order coordination, market development, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify, onboard, and develop new vendors, farmers, suppliers, and aggregators.
- Maintain strong and professional relationships with existing vendors.
- Manage daily orders, availability, pricing, quality, and supply coordination.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth and timely fulfillment.
- Monitor local market prices, seasonal availability, quality, and supply trends.
- Develop current sourcing opportunities and strengthen the company's vendor network.
- Resolve day-to-day vendor and operational issues.
- Achieve assigned business, sourcing, and vendor-development targets.
- Travel across assigned locations in Himachal Pradesh for vendor visits and market development.

Preferred Profile
- B.Sc. Agriculture / Horticulture / Agribusiness / Food Technology or a related field.
- MBA in Agribusiness / Rural Management is an advantage.
- Experience in Fresh Produce, Agri-business, FMCG, Procurement,



Vendor Management, or Area/Territory Sales preferred.
- Candidates currently working as Area Sales Manager / Territory Manager / Business Development Manager with relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
- Strong communication, negotiation, relationship-building, and commercial skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
