- Experience in Power Optimization & Energy Management
- Knowledge of Automation, Electrical Projects & Technology Upgradation
- Strong exposure to CAPEX/OPEX, Maintenance Budget & Cost Control
- Expertise in Critical Spares & Inventory Management
- Solid Vendor Management & Contract Negotiation skills
- Experience in Team Management, Training & Development
- Strong focus on Energy Saving & Continuous Improvement
- Manage vendors, critical spares and maintenance inventory.
- Train and develop the electrical maintenance team
Preferred candidate profile
- Candidates from Steel / Steel Rolling / Steel Tube Manufacturing industries preferred.
- Should be a strong team leader with excellent people-management and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage maintenance teams, vendors, projects and maintenance budgets effectively.
