Job Overview The Google Workspace Presales Solution Architect will be responsible for designing and architecting enterprise-grade collaboration and productivity solutions using Google

Workspace.

- Architecture & Design

 Design Digital Workplace solutions centered on Google Workspace, including:

o Gmail, Google Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides o Google Meet & Chat (collaboration and conferencing)

o Google Vault, Security Center, Admin console o Endpoint Management & Chrome Enterprise

 Define migration and transformation strategies:

o Exchange / Microsoft 365 / Lotus Notes to Google Workspace o File share / SharePoint migration to Google Drive

 Create target operating models (TOM) and service constructs for:

o Collaboration services support o Managed workplace services o Productivity and adoption services

 Develop solution architectures, HLD/LLD, cost models, and effort estimations aligned with business requirements.

 Ensure alignment with security, compliance, and data sovereignty requirements across regions.

 Support PoCs, demos, and solution validation exercises

- Google Workspace Ecosystem – Solution Elements

 Enterprise Collaboration & Productivity Platform Design

 Email & Calendar Transformations to Gmail

 Content & Document Management using Google Drive

 Real-time Collaboration and Meeting Experience (Meet, Chat)

 Chrome Enterprise & Endpoint Management

 Third-party integrations (IDAM, DLP, SIEM, SaaS ecosystem)

 Automation using Google Apps Script / APIs / AI capabilities (Duet AI / Gemini)

Workplace Analytics and Adoption Frameworks

- Technical Leadership & Collaboration

 Lead end-to-end presales solutioning for Google Workspace opportunities

(RFI/RFP/RFQ, proactive deals, renewals, and transformation programs).





 Front-end customer discussions, workshops, and solution presentations with

CIO/CTO-level stakeholders.

 Collaborate with Google Cloud teams and marketplace partners to build joint value propositions.

 Contribute to deal shaping, pricing strategy, and commercial constructs (including subscription and managed services models).

- Consulting & Commercial Skills

 Ability to articulate business value of workspace modernization

 Experience with estimation, cost modelling, and value-based solutioning

 Solid communication skills for technical and executive stakeholders

Required Skills & Experience

Experience

 Minimum 6–10 years of IT experience, with at least 3–5 years in Digital Workplace /

Collaboration solutioning

 Rich experience in presales, solution architecture, or consulting roles

 Prior experience in Google Workspace solutioning or large-scale migration programs

 Experience working in System Integrators / Managed Services providers (preferred)

 Knowledge of:

o Identity & Access Management (Okta, Azure AD, Google Identity)

o Endpoint Management (Chrome, mobile device management)

o Messaging coexistence and migration tools (Quest, BitTitan, Google tools)

o Hybrid environments (On-prem AD, Exchange, file servers integration)

o Security & compliance (DLP, eDiscovery, retention, encryption)

o APIs, scripting, and automation capabilities

Desirable / Preferred Skills

 Google certifications:

o Professional Google Workspace Administrator o Google Cloud Professional Architect

 Exposure to:

o AI-powered workplace capabilities (Google Gemini / Duet AI)

o User adoption and change management programs

 Experience in multi-cloud workplace environments (Microsoft 365 + Google Workspace coexistence)
