Role Description The Agentic AI Developer will design, develop, and optimize agentic AI systems that can autonomously interact with tools, services, and digital environments to achieve complex goals. Day-to-day responsibilities include building and integrating models (such as those using neural networks and NLP), implementing pattern recognition pipelines, and collaborating with product and engineering teams to embed agentic capabilities into web, mobile, and interactive applications.

The role involves writing clean, maintainable code, conducting experiments, evaluating model performance,



and iterating on system design based on real-world usage data. The developer will also document architectures, support deployment into production environments, and ensure security, scalability, and reliability of AI-driven features. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Delhi, India.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Computer Science with practical experience in Software Development and building production-grade systems.
- Proficiency in Neural Networks and Pattern Recognition for designing, training, and optimizing AI/ML models supporting agentic behavior.
- Hands-on experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP) for building conversational agents, tool-using assistants, or autonomous workflows.
- Experience with modern AI/ML frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow), programming languages such as Python or JavaScript, and API integrations.
- Understanding of agentic AI architectures, orchestration frameworks, and event-driven or microservices-based systems.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, translate product requirements into technical solutions, and document systems clearly.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP), version control (Git), and CI/CD practices is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in AI/ML and software development.
