About the Role

Centrix is looking for a Customer Service Technical Support professional to manage after-sales complaints, customer queries and coordination with the technical team.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle after-sales customer complaints and technical queries over the phone.
- Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate initial support.
- Record and manage customer complaints and service requests.
- Assess issues and coordinate with the technical team whenever technical intervention is required.
- Handover relevant leads/service cases to the technical team.
- Follow up on open complaints until resolution.
- Coordinate between customers and internal technical teams.
- Maintain accurate service records and documentation.




- Ensure timely and professional customer communication.
- Contribute to improving the overall after-sales service experience.

Requirements

- 2–5 years of relevant customer service/technical support experience.
- Technical understanding of electrical, lighting or related products preferred.
- Strong problem-solving and coordination skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office applications.
- Customer-focused approach with robust follow-up skills.
- Ability to manage multiple complaints and service requests efficiently.

Working Days

Monday to Saturday | 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM IST

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
