Role Description The Affiliate Marketing Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Delhi Area. The specialist will manage and grow affiliate partnerships, including identifying new affiliate opportunities, onboarding partners, and maintaining strong day-to-day communication with affiliate networks and publishers.

Responsibilities include planning and executing affiliate campaigns, monitoring performance metrics, optimizing traffic sources, and ensuring campaigns meet quality, compliance, and ROI targets. The role involves collaborating with internal marketing, creative,



and analytics teams to align affiliate strategies with broader user acquisition goals, preparing performance reports, and recommending data-driven improvements. The specialist will also track market trends and competitor activities to refine AppFirst’s affiliate marketing approach.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Affiliate Marketing and Online Marketing skills, with experience managing and optimizing performance-based campaigns.
- Candidates should possess core Digital Marketing and Marketing skills, including understanding of user acquisition funnels, KPIs, and ROI measurement.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills, enabling clear collaboration with partners and cross-functional internal teams.
- Experience with tracking platforms, attribution tools, and analytics dashboards (e.g., Google Analytics, MMPs) is beneficial.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities, with proficiency in using data to drive decisions and campaign optimization.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven setting, managing multiple campaigns and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Prior experience in mobile app marketing, performance marketing, or ad tech is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
