Roles & Responsibilities:

- Be the part of a team and craft affiliate marketing strategies
- Must have understanding of and leveraging Mobile 1-Measurement Partners (MMPs)
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure timely & smooth campaign execution, conversion, re-targeting & performance tracking.
- Implementation strategy for delivering campaigns using multiple channels to achieve campaign Kpi’s.
- Ensure that all campaigns are planned, tracked and operate towards specific business and growth objectives. Measure and optimize on performance – ROI, CPA, CTR, CPC, CPI, etc.




- Actively monitor and report performance hits & misses around affiliate marketing performance for respective source/network/partner. Along with tactical & strategic solution to drive conversions
- Onboard new Networks/Partners etc. & take the ownership of driving their performance efficacy & volume

Desired Skills:

- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel & Powerpoint)
- Prior work experience in affiliate marketing (Ad Networks, Advertisers, Aggregators, DSPs) is a MUST
- Excellent problem-solving, negotiation & stakeholder management skills
- Ability to adapt & succeed in a rapidly changing workplace
- Self-starter with ability to take ownership, display high commitment and multitask
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Candidates with ad agency experience or ad tech /ad network client management experience is preferred
- A proven track record of meeting business goals through performance-driven marketing
