- 7+ years of hands-on DevOps experience with strong ownership of enterprise CI/CD platforms.

- Deep experience with Azure DevOps and GitHub , including pipeline design, automation, repository governance, branching strategies, and release management.

- Solid knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) and experience supporting Azure-hosted and on-premises environments.

- Experience with DevSecOps practices , including security scanning, compliance controls, IAM/RBAC, and governance within CI/CD pipelines.

- Proficiency in at least one scripting/programming language: PowerShell, Python, Go, or TypeScript .

- Experience supporting containerized workloads and Kubernetes (AKS preferred) .

- Familiarity with monitoring, logging, observability, and operational support of DevOps platforms.

- Demonstrated use of AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot and interest in applying AI/automation to DevOps workflows.

- Understanding of cloud cost optimization (FinOps) concepts and cost-aware engineering practices.

- Strong communication skills and ability to partner with development, cloud, security, and infrastructure teams.
