- AEM Backend: OSGi, Sling Servlets, Sling Models, JCR, Apache Sling, Java, HTL/Sightly
- AEM Forms – Adaptive Forms Core Components: Form fragments, submit actions, rule editor, form data models, themes
- Energetic data prefill using FDM/REST/custom OSGi services
- Data validation — client-side, server-side, cross-field, and custom validation logic
- Experience with AEM Forms on JEE/OSGi and document services (PDF generation, digital signatures) — if applicable
- Working knowledge of workflows, launcher, and event handling in AEM
- REST/SOAP API integration experience
- Version control (Git) and build tools (Maven)
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology
- Good understanding of AEM Sites architecture (helpful if role spans both Sites and Forms)
