JOB RESPONSIBILITY

Technology Planning: Safety, Comfort & Convenience Technology Planning & Roadmap Development

Explore emerging trends such as autonomous driving, vehicle-to-infrastructure (V2I) and vehicle-to-vehicle (V2V) communication, integrating them into the company s safety roadmap where applicable.

Develop and manage the strategic roadmap for ADAS technologies, including features like adaptive cruise control, automatic emergency braking, lane-keeping assist, blind-spot monitoring, traffic sign recognition, and autonomous driving capabilities.

Identify consumer latent need and potential technologies for enhancing customer comfort & convenience

Collaborate with engineering, R&D;, software development, and safety teams to develop systems that align with vehicle architecture and performance goals.

Coordinate with global and regional product teams to ensure Safety, Comfort & Convenience features are adapted for specific market needs and regulations.

Act as the point of contact between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring development timelines align with product launch schedules.

Work closely with vehicle design and UX/UI teams to ensure features provide a seamless and intuitive user experience.

COMPETENCY REQUIRMENTS

TECHNICAL / FUNCTIONAL





BASIC UNDERSTANDING OF

Understanding of Macro-economic factors and Impact on Passenger Car market.

Model development process / Timelines.

Proficiency in using Project management tools and methodologies.

Ability to evaluate product features in terms of cost, performance and customer value.

Expertise in MS office [PowerPoint, Word, Excel] Tools

Business portfolio & financial analysis of OEMs.

BEHAVIOURAL

Excellent presentation & communication skills

Self-driven, eager to learn and result-oriented.
