Role Description The Adobe Analytics Tagging and Implementation Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune Division. This role is responsible for implementing and managing Adobe Analytics tagging across Kohler’s digital properties, including defining tracking requirements, configuring tags, and validating data collection. The consultant collaborates with marketing, product, and IT teams to translate business needs into measurable analytics solutions and ensures accurate reporting for decision-making.
Daily activities include performing detailed analysis of user behavior, troubleshooting tagging issues, maintaining documentation, and supporting ongoing enhancements to analytics implementations. The role also involves advising stakeholders on best practices, contributing to project planning, and helping optimize digital experiences through data-driven insights.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills to interpret digital data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
- Demonstrated consulting abilities, including stakeholder engagement,
requirements gathering, and solution-oriented communication.
- Hands-on experience with software implementation, particularly analytics platforms such as Adobe Analytics, Adobe Launch, or similar tag management tools.
- Background in project implementation, including planning, coordination, and execution of tagging and measurement initiatives.
- Clear and effective communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and presenting technical concepts to non-technical partners.
- Relevant experience in digital analytics, web technologies (HTML, JavaScript, data layers), and QA/testing of tracking implementations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work on-site in the Pune Division, manage multiple priorities, and maintain high attention to detail in a rapid-paced environment.
